Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 DOE + Benefits

A well-regarded firm in Oxford is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least 1 year of post qualification experience to join its growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated conveyancer looking to progress in a supportive, client driven environment.

The Role You’ll handle a range of residential matters, including: 
• Sales and purchases (freehold/leasehold)
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• Lease extensions and new builds
• Direct client contact and full file responsibility

This is a busy and varied role offering great exposure and development within a trusted team.

What We’re Looking For 
• 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files independently
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
