Description

Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor/FCILEx | Head of Department | Non-Corporate Firm | £55k+ | Hybrid

Are you an experienced fee earner looking to better control of your own matters, and exercise your love of networking?
Are you interested in joining a growing practice that emphasises work/life balance and values you as an individual instead of just another cog in a corporate machine?

I'm looking to speak with an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner interested in joining a well-established, regional practice, heading up their Residential Property team.

You'll take full ownership of your caseload from instruction to completion, advising both individuals and businesses on a diverse mix of transactions. From reviewing contracts and handling completion to resolving complex due diligence issues, you'll play a vital role in keeping matters progressing smoothly and efficiently.

You'll also play a key role in decision making, working alongside the current directors in helping to grow out the practice, whilst overseeing team members.

What sets this opportunity apart is the firm’s genuine commitment to professional development, wellbeing, and work-life balance.Working hours are 9–5 with a full hour for lunch, and the package includes 33 days' annual leave, hybrid working (typically 50/50), and a competitive benefits offering.
To apply, please send an updated CV to mohamed.hamza@qedlegal.com. If you'd like to have a confidential chat first, feel free to call me on 07300 236070.
