The Role

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
• Respond to technical legal enquiries and provide clear guidance to all parties
• Supervise and mentor Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors
• Assist with the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing department

You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience handling a varied residential property caseload
• Knowledgeable across a broad range of residential property matters and conveyancing processes
• Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated team player with excellent communication skills
• Eager to contribute to a collaborative, people-focused environment
