About the Role
- Lead and grow the contentious construction function, working alongside an experienced associate.
- Manage a steady pipeline of disputes work already coming into the firm.
- Full autonomy to develop the practice and shape its future growth.
- Opportunity to recruit and build a team.

- Is entrepreneurial and keen to grow their own part of the practice.
- Has a network in the market and the ability to build client relationships.
- Brings a collaborative approach and would thrive in a collegiate, supportive culture.
- Portable following is not essential, but the ability to develop new work will be important over time.

- Clear trajectory for career progression
- Supportive culture – not driven by unrealistic billing targets
- Discretionary partner bonus, plus profit share.

- Genuinely collaborative environment – described by partners as a “nice place to work” without late-night desk culture.
The Firm
- Well-established and ambitious regional firm with continuous growth plans across the North.
