Construction Solicitor/Associate – 3+ PQE (Non-Contentious)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

You’ll:

• Act on non-contentious construction matters: NEC/JCT contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, bonds & guarantees.
• Join a recognised Construction & Engineering team within a broader full-service firm

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Good experience with standard building contracts and developer/contractor side documentation.
• Proactive, client-facing, comfortable working in a growing team.
