We're currently working with a fabulous high-growth international law firm looking to expand their compliance function. Looking for a qualified lawyer with a focus on conflicts to step into a senior visible position in the firm

A firm renowned for a strong culture in their compliance team, with a great retention rate and great reputation in the legal compliance world

The role?

You will be the go to for conflicts escalations, advising partners and stakeholders across the firm. You will also support with firm wide governance, policy & procedure updates, and be a key part of shaping the compliance function as they continue to develop.

• Advise on complex legal and commercial conflicts
• Act as an escalation point for the Business Acceptance Team
• Mentor junior team members and deliver training
• Improve conflicts processes and drive tech-enabled efficiencies
• Support the General Counsel with governance, policies and regulatory reviews
• Work closely with senior operational and legal stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory changes and guide internal adjustments

About you?

️ Strong conflicts experience in an international/UK law firm
️ Qualified lawyer
️ Leadership experience 
️ Strong communication
