Compliance Administrator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) Hybrid

We are working with a leading motor retail services provider who is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the business on a full-time, fixed-term basis.
In this role, you will support regulatory compliance processes, with a focus on FCA and Consumer Duty standards in a motor retail finance setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits and reviews.
- Maintain compliance records and monitoring logs.
- Summarise management information (MI) reports.
- Assist with meetings, minutes, and action logging.
- Support the Compliance Monitoring Plan and escalate risks.
- Perform quality assurance checks and support internal investigations.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, finance, or motor trade (preferred).
- Knowledge of FCA rules/Consumer Duty.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
