Company Secretary

We're currently working with a brilliant FTSE 250 business based in the South West, also listed on the London Stock Exchange.  Now looking for someone to join as Deputy Company Secretary, with view to move into the CoSec role within 12-18 months. 

You will be on path to take over the CoSec function from the GC & CoSec, being solely responsible for the corporate governance within the business. Working closely with senior executives, board and the CEO. You'll be driven by the opportunity to develop the company-wide policies and procedures to a high standard.

Successful candidates will be a senior qualified Company Secretary, with experience in a publicly listed company. You will have a strong focus on a sole CoSec role, and have the ability to lead and shape change within the business.
