The work is all commercial and includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements to include: confidentiality, supply, distribution, NDA’s, JV’s, purchase, agency, franchise, IT outsourcing, licencing and finance contracts. You will need to have a solid foundation in commercial contracts / commercial work and a background within a commercial law firm, public sector department or in house legal department.

You will be working as part of a close knit team of 5, and working alongside 2 Legal 500 listed Partners, so you'll get fantastic training and opportunities to develop, whilst working with their stellar client base.

Great package includes a basic salary from £45,000 - £60,000, flexible start and finish times. Other benefits include private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working, bonus scheme and ongoing professional development.
