- Asset purchase agreements
- Drafting Partnership Agreements
- Land acquisitions and sales
- Sale and purchase of building plots and residential development sites
- Preparing Deeds of Conditions
- Commercial leasing
- Section 75 Planning Agreements
- Granting Deeds of Servitude and other related transactions
If you have at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in all or any of these areas, and the drive and enthusiasm to help grow the business, I want to chat with you!
