I am working with a well established and highly respected full service law firm with a strong reputation for commercial and property work across London. The firm is known for developing long standing client relationships and for delivering high quality, pragmatic advice on complex and high value property transactions.

The Commercial Property team advises investors, developers, landlords and tenants on a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development projects, refinancing and portfolio transactions. The team has recently acted on a number of significant matters, including the sale and purchase of large commercial portfolios, high value mixed use developments and flagship London office buildings.

The firm is now seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative practice with access to high quality work and the chance to work closely alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, advising on acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, supporting development transactions and acting for both landlord and tenant clients. You will be given strong support, high levels of autonomy appropriate to your level, and genuine scope to progress. 

The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have experience 2+ PQE in commercial property, a solid technical foundation and a client focused approach. You will be a confident communicator, commercially minded and keen to develop your career within a supportive and progressive environment.
