The Role

• Work as part of the Commercial Property team supporting solicitors on a variety of client matters
• Draft and review legal documents with appropriate supervision
• Obtain and check Land Registry and title documents
• Assist with setting up and managing project data rooms
• Deal promptly and courteously with client queries
• Prepare terms of engagement with supervision
• Support colleagues in meeting financial and compliance targets
• Build lasting relationships with clients and support business development opportunities

You

• Hold a law degree or equivalent legal qualification, or relevant paralegal experience
• Ideally have experience working in commercial property (though other property backgrounds may be considered)
• Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Are proactive, hardworking, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team while also showing initiative when required
• Professional, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients
