This is an opportunity at a boutique law firm specialising on all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions.
You will work across a broad spectrum of Commercial Property matters dealing with Investment and development etc.
They act for some of the industry’s most successful developers as well as some of the industry’s leading commercial real estate investors including funds, private property companies, private family offices and high net worth individuals, both onshore and offshore.
They tend to work on deals to around £100million and have no time recording or billable hours targets.
They are also keen to get someone in who knows their way around overage agreements.
If you have at least 7 years PQE, have great academics and have worked at a leading London law firm, but are now seeking a move to a smaller firm where you can become Partner; then this could be the opportunity for you.
