The Role
Looking to build your property law career in a top-ranked team? This is your opportunity to support some of the best in the business.
You’ll work on varied, complex and rewarding commercial property matters—everything from leases to acquisitions and development projects.

  • Support lawyers with drafting leases, reports, contracts, and title reviews
  • Prepare and submit Land Registry and SDLT applications
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to keep transactions moving
  • Manage case files and key deadlines with accuracy
  • Help progress high-value transactions from start to finish
  • Build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, top-performing team

You

  • A law graduate or equivalent (LPC or SQE-preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in property or real estate law (commercial experience is a big plus)
  • Confident with Land Registry, lease documents and basic conveyancing processes
  • Organised, communicative and proactive – you enjoy getting stuck in
  • Curious to learn and keen to grow in a supportive, ambitious team
