About the Role You’ll be joining a close-knit and experienced Commercial Property team that has won multiple awards.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and negotiating legal documents for a high-value client
• Managing a mixed caseload from instruction to completion
• Developing strong professional relationships to support business growth
• Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team when required

About You We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a busy team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in a similar Commercial Property role (or strong Residential Property background)
- A solid understanding of landlord and tenant, secured lending, or development work
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to our Newcastle office as business requires
