The role

• Supporting experienced fee earners on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases and related transactions
• Managing documentation, files and correspondence across multiple matters
• Liaising with clients, agents and third parties by telephone and email
• Assisting with the smooth progression of transactions while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
• Working full time in an office-based, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm)
• Immediate start available, subject to notice period

This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in Commercial Property within a team that values learning and development. Already have experience in Commercial or Residential Property and want to take the next step in a more specialised environment? You

• An experienced Commercial or Residential Property Paralegal, a law graduate, or someone with a strong academic background and a clear interest in Commercial Property law
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in property law, although applications from less experienced candidates with strong academics are welcomed
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage a busy workload
• Proactive, reliable and team-focused in your approach
