They advise on a range of transactions ranging from straight forward through to more complex. They are well versed in matters such as the acquisition and sale of properties, site development, investor finance, commercial leading and renewable energy.

They are looking for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, ideally you shall have a minimum of 3 years' experience but they are open to level of PQE.
You must be someone who is able to take the lead on complex sale and purchase transactions, development and funding together with commercial leasing matters.
You will enjoy helping and overseeing less experienced colleagues, mentoring them and helping them to achieve their goals. Business development comes naturally to you and you will have a flair for networking and continually promoting the commercial property division as well as other cross referring other parts of the business.
