Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor who has experience working in Clinical Negligence, and people who have worked in fields with skills transferable should also apply. The client is looking for someone proactive and client-focused who can deliver an outstanding client service. Joining this company, you will be supported by a team that has a wealth of knowledge in Clinical Negligence, which they are willing to pass on. 

In this role, you will be managing a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, from consultation through to resolution. Also, you will be advising clients on their rights and options in cases of medical negligence. You will also be drafting and reviewing legal documents, including claims, witness statements, export reports and more.
