Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Leeds or York – Hybrid Working
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)

This leading and well-respected law firm is expanding its Clinical Negligence team and is looking for talented fee earners to join them in either their Leeds or York office. What will the role involve?
- Assisting senior team members on complex, high-value clinical negligence cases.
- Managing your own portfolio of lower-value or less complex claims, with full support as needed.
- Playing a key part in a friendly, close-knit team known for its collaboration and excellence.
- Working from either the Leeds or York office, with flexibility to split your time between home and the office.
Who should apply?
- Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Trainee Solicitors close to qualification.
- Individuals with experience in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence work.
- Those who’ve managed a caseload independently or supported on complex matters.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- A passion for clinical negligence and a drive to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to digest and simplify complex medical and legal issues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and case management software, with experience of time recording.
