QED Legal are presenting an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Claimant) to join a leading Legal 500 firm based in South Essex area.

BONUS, PROGRESSION TO PARTNER / HOD, WFH 2 TO 3 DAYS, GOOD CULTURE

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury team, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience and the ability to handle a litigated caseload of mostly clinical negligence including complex and catastrophic illness. 

You will be taking over an excellent solicitor's large caseload which will be passed in a gift-wrapped, pristine condition, and a caseload which has been extremely well looked after. A perfect opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor who wants to drive a department forward and make a future at a great Legal 500 firm.
