Salary up to £30k + Benefits

We're currently looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to join a brilliant leading regional law firm with a fabulous local presence. You will support the team across their onboarding process, conducting client due diligence (CDD) and Anti money laundering (AML) regulations.

This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, organised and keen to play a key role in a growing law firm. If you have legal experience, and experience with CDD & AML, now keen to make a move away from a fee earning role, this is a great opportunity to build a compliace career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making sure our client onboarding is top-notch while keeping compliance at the heart of what we do. Here’s what that looks like:

Running CDD and AML checks on new and existing clients.
Making sure all client info and documents are accurate, up to date, and properly recorded.
Digging into client backgrounds, business activities, and ownership structures to assess risk.
Helping develop and refine our onboarding processes to make them smoother and more efficient.
Keeping up to date with changing AML regulations and making sure we’re always compliant.
 Supporting clients through the onboarding process – making it as easy and stress-free as possible.
Collaborating with internal teams to promote best practices across the firm.

About you?
