My London client is now seeking a residential property paralegal with a reasonable amount of experience. As well as having a minimum of 6 months conveyancing assistant / paralegal experience, it is essential that you are also fluent in Chinese in order to be eligible for this position. 
You will work across sales, purchases, re-financing, and transfers of equity matters.
