You'd join a specialist team covering charity law, higher education governance and commercial trusts, working on a hybrid basis with genuine flexibility built in.

On the trusts side the clients are the UK's leading insurers and major healthcare trust administrators, with work spanning new product structuring, group life arrangements and employee benefit trusts, often alongside the firm's insurance, restructuring and corporate teams.

It's a market-leading practice with a growing global footprint, structured training, biannual appraisals and regular career conversations, so people tend to stay and specialise rather than move on for better work.
