A position has come up for an experienced legal professional looking to work on complex liability and injury matters within a leading team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join a dynamic team handling cases across employers’ and public liability. This role offers exposure to high-value, challenging work while collaborating with a team of skilled and supportive colleagues.
In this position, you will take ownership of a diverse range of claims, applying your analytical skills and legal knowledge to deliver practical solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple files efficiently, navigating both pre-litigation and litigated matters, and providing clear guidance to clients. Familiarity with policy coverage is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling cases across industries such as construction, manufacturing, retail, leisure, and property
• Managing files from initial instructions through to resolution, both in court and outside of it
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative and practical approaches to complex legal issues
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Who You Are

• A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 3 years’ PQE
• Experienced in handling defence litigation, ideally up to high multi-track cases
• Confident working on multiple, complex matters simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
• Strong communicator with the ability to develop client trust and maintain professional relationships
