  • Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships through reliable service and sector understanding
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing

About You
The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with experience in agricultural or rural property law
  • Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and a strong commercial approach
  • Be personable, proactive, and committed to developing strong client relationships
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment and be keen to contribute to the wider success of the firm

Why Join?
The firm offers a progressive and supportive working environment, with:

  • A genuine focus on long-term career development
  • Opportunities to work alongside leading legal experts
  • Flexible/hybrid working arrangements
  • A culture that values professionalism, integrity, and innovation

If you’re looking to grow your legal career in a role that blends high-quality work with deep client relationships in the agricultural sector, we’d love to hear from you.
