One of West Yorkshire's most established high street practices are looking for a residential conveyancer who has at least 3 years experience to join them in Skipton. 

They aren't looking for the finished product, as there is plenty of skill within the conveyancing team so if there are knowledge gaps then this can be worked on but ideally you need to know your way around a transaction and can do purchases, and leasehold. 

The most important thing with this role is that they need someone to be based in the Skipton office, which has been established since 1732. The firm has tremendous heart, and if you're looking for somewhere to establish yourself and embed in a local area in a firm with a fantastic reputation, then this role is for you. 

The firm invest greatly in their employees, and they have a firm wide flexi policy whereby if you have family commitments i.e school pick up/drop offs etc you can do that without worrying about any obstacle from the firm.
