Description

Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant, Solihull, National Law Firm

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant looking to join a friendly and established Residential Property team where you can build on your experience and play an important part in progressing transactions?

This is an opportunity to join a national law firm within its Solihull office, supporting experienced Residential Conveyancers across a varied caseload.

The Firm

A well-established national law firm with offices across England and a substantial Residential Property offering.

The Solihull office offers the benefit of working within a close-knit local team while still having the resources, systems and career opportunities associated with a larger national practice.

The Role

Working closely with Residential Conveyancers, you'll provide hands-on support throughout the conveyancing process and help ensure transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and maintaining conveyancing files
  • Preparing and issuing documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Assisting with searches and Land Registry matters
  • Supporting exchanges and completions
  • Dealing with post-completion administration

You'll have plenty of client contact and will play an important role in keeping transactions moving, rather than simply providing general administrative support.

You

You'll ideally already have experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department, whether as a Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Assistant or in a similar property support role.

You'll need to be organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and confident communicating with clients and other parties involved in transactions.

Good attention to detail is important, alongside the ability to work effectively as part of a busy property team.

If you've built up conveyancing experience and want to join a larger firm where you can continue developing your knowledge and career, this could be a strong next move.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Generous annual leave
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • Support and training from experienced Conveyancers
  • Benefits associated with an established national law firm

Would you like to join a supportive Residential Property team where you'll be genuinely involved in progressing transactions and developing your conveyancing experience?

For further information or a confidential conversation about the opportunity, please get in touch.
