You will run your own transactions across M&A, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and structured lending, rather than working in support on a partner's matters.

Clients are mainly owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups, alongside high net worth individuals. Many of them come back to the team for personal as well as business advice, so you get to know a client over years rather than one deal at a time. The work spans mid-market and larger transactions, with particular sector experience in food and drink, technology and manufacturing.
