A long-established, and highly respected Yorkshire law firm are looking for an experienced (3+ PQE) private client solicitor to join the team, though other levels of experience please feel free to apply. 

Within the team, there are 11 fee earners (each with an assistant), and there is a private client presence in every office. 

The caseload is a really diverse mix of wills, inheritance tax planning, trust creation and administration powers of attorney, COP applications, and probate and estate admin of varying complexity. Due to the locations of the firm, there is an exposure to agriculture and with this can come large estates.

With this in mind, there is a busy caseload to walk into so whilst there's no expectation to "build" a caseload, there is still an expectation to take part in BD activities which can vary from supporting at local events or just writing on social media platforms. 

The role itself is to be based in Ilkley but the firm have a strong presence across North and West Yorkshire.
