This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded and established team in Inverness.

The quality and variety of work here is particularly strong. You will advise a broad client base, with a particular focus on high net worth individuals and families, including those with business and farming interests across Scotland and further afield.

Your caseload will include complex and multi million pound executries, estate and succession planning, Wills and Powers of Attorney, family trusts and inheritance and capital tax planning.

You will work alongside experienced Private Client specialists while also having the autonomy to manage your own matters and develop strong, long-standing relationships with clients.

Previous Private Client experience is essential and you should be comfortable managing a varied caseload. Just as importantly, I am looking for someone who genuinely enjoys this area of law, has strong client care skills and wants to continue developing their technical expertise.

There will also be opportunities to become involved in business development, contribute to the wider team and continue building your own profile within the Private Client market.
