About the role

We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing Private Practice division in Manchester.

You'll take over an established Legal Support desk covering roles such as Legal Secretaries, Legal PAs, Legal Cashiers, Practice Managers, Receptionists and Business Support professionals. We have long-standing relationships with a wide range of law firms, from boutique and high street practices through to regional, Legal 500 and international firms, providing a strong platform of existing business to build upon. With a substantial geographical patch and significant untapped potential, you'll be empowered to expand client relationships, identify new opportunities and develop your own specialist market.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who wants to operate in a mature, high-trust environment where performance is measured by results rather than activity metrics.
