The Role

• Manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Deliver a high standard of client care throughout each transaction.
• Work as part of an experienced and supportive wider property team.
• Opportunity to develop your experience and progress your career over the longer term.

You

• Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing.
• Applications welcomed from Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors and experienced Paralegals.
• Experience managing your own caseload is advantageous, although candidates looking to take that next step will also be considered.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities.
• Proactive, approachable and comfortable working as part of a team.
