SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

£55,000 - £60,000
QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly reputable Legal 500 law firm in Buckinghamshire.
You will be given the opportunity to work for and manage a Legal 500 growing private client department. The successful candidate will join this law firm and working on a great quality caseload which lends to HNW families and generations!
The ideal candidate must:

• Have 5 - 8+ years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
• Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
• Desirable qualities: A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be idea

• Excellent communicator both written & oral
