Family Solicitor – Respected Firm – Hybrid

Location: Rochdale / Greater Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Dependent on experience
Working Pattern: Highly Flexible

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a long-established and highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester.
The firm has a traditional approach to client care and professional standards, whilst embracing modern ways of working. They are exceptionally flexible when it comes to working arrangements and are happy to tailor the role around the right individual.

Role:
You will handle a varied family caseload incorporating both private and publicly funded work, with the opportunity to develop your own areas of expertise.
The caseload can include:
Private family matters
Divorce and separation
Financial matters
Children matters
Domestic abuse
Public law children work and care proceedings
Legal Aid matters

Requirements
The firm is open to Family Solicitors at different stages of their careers, they have a small team which you can join as a fee earner or be Head Of. The department is not desperately in need of leadership but the right individual could certainly take on this responsibility.
You should have solid experience in family law and be confident dealing with clients and managing your own caseload.
Legal Aid experience and child law experience is essential.
