This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Edinburgh.

Ideally you will have around 2–3 years’ PQE, although there is some flexibility around level for the right person. You must be Scottish qualified and, while dual qualification would be advantageous, it is certainly not essential.

You will manage your own varied residential property caseload, dealing with sales, purchases, transfers of title and refinancing transactions, working with a high-quality and loyal client base.

There is also the opportunity to become involved in cross-border property matters, working alongside colleagues specialising in English and Welsh property. The wider firm has considerable expertise across private client, tax and succession, family, business law and litigation, so you will benefit from working collaboratively with specialists across a number of areas.

This would suit someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with their clients and takes pride in delivering a personal, high-quality service. You should be comfortable managing your own caseload, commercially aware and confident working independently, while still enjoying being part of a supportive and collegiate team.
