Commercial Contracts Associate/Senior Associate, 2 to 6 PQE, £80,000–£100,000, International Firm, Manchester

An international law firm is seeking a commercial contracts lawyer at 2 to 6 PQE to join its Manchester office. The role sits within the Strategic Contracts team, one of four specialist workstreams in the firm's commercial group alongside Technology, Intellectual Property and Data Privacy.

The team is recognised for its outsourcing expertise and regularly advises blue-chip clients on some of the largest supply chain contracts in the market, with particular strength in the aerospace and automotive sectors.

The caseload ranges from major outsourcings and multinational projects, handled with colleagues across the firm's international network, to ongoing commercial matters for local and national clients.

As a central function within the firm, the team also supports the corporate and real estate practices on transactional work and collaborates across the wider commercial group. This provides exposure to a range of partners and practice areas, and a clear opportunity to develop a specialism.
