The role You'll manage your own manageable residential conveyancing caseload, dealing with matters from instruction through to completion.

Your caseload will include:

• Freehold sales and purchases

• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Providing a high-quality and personal service to clients

The role is heavily hybrid, with just 2 days per week in the Leicester office and the remainder working from home.

You We're looking for an experienced residential conveyancer who wants to deliver quality work without the pressure associated with high-volume conveyancing.

You'll ideally have experience handling:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Your own caseload from instruction through to completion

You'll be organised, commercially aware and client-focused, with the confidence to manage your own files while being a positive and supportive member of the wider team.

We're open to solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives and experienced conveyancers.
