Description
If you’re good enough to be trusted with the clients, you should be trusted with the future of the team too.
I’m working with a well-established Newcastle commercial law firm looking to add a Senior Associate to its Employment team.
This is aimed at an experienced employment lawyer who wants more than simply another busy caseload and a slightly grander title.
The work is broad, covering the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, but the attraction here is really the level of responsibility that comes with it.
You’ll be working closely with an established Employment Partner, developing your own client relationships, helping to support more junior lawyers and becoming increasingly involved in the growth and direction of the practice.
They want somebody who can become an important part of the team rather than simply another pair of hands.
The firm itself is a strong Newcastle proposition.
You’ll get good-quality commercial work, proper client exposure and the chance to build your own profile across the North East, without necessarily disappearing into the machinery of one of the huge national firms.
For someone already operating at Senior Associate level, or an experienced Associate who feels they’ve been ready for the step for a while, this is absolutely worth a conversation.
Good work. Good people. Proper responsibility.
And a Senior Associate role that actually feels senior.
