The successful candidate will have significant experience in privately funded family law, ideally with a background in complex and high-value financial matters involving substantial assets. You will be technically strong, commercially minded and committed to delivering an exceptional level of client care.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedy and private children matters, while taking responsibility for leading, mentoring and developing the Family team.

You will also play an active role in growing the department, developing relationships with professional referrers and existing clients, attending networking opportunities and helping shape the future direction of the Family offering.

About You An ideal candidate would have around 8 years' experience or more, although applications are open to candidates whose experience demonstrates the technical ability and leadership qualities required.

You will ideally have:

• Strong privately funded family law experience.
• Experience handling complex financial remedy matters.
