Commercial Property Fee Earner Great Yarmouth | Full-time | Permanent

We’re working with a well-established legal team in Great Yarmouth who are looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to the team.

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 5 years’ PQE who is looking for a role where they can take ownership of their work, build strong client relationships and have the opportunity to progress within the business.

The Role You’ll manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with clients and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
• Providing a high level of client care and developing lasting client relationships
• Liaising with clients, agents and other third parties throughout transactions
• Managing matters independently from instruction through to completion
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the wider success of the team

About You Someone who is confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision and who takes pride in delivering a quality service to clients.

You’ll ideally have:

• Around 5 years’ PQE
• Solid experience in commercial property
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A practical, commercial approach to client work
• A collaborative and personable approach
