This is a growing private practice based in the south side of Glasgow which, following continued success, is looking to strengthen its residential property team.

You’ll be joining a small and informal team where the culture is relaxed, people work well together and you’ll be trusted to get on with your job without unnecessary hierarchy or micromanagement.

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of two years’ residential conveyancing experience and be comfortable managing your own caseload from inception through to completion. You’ll handle a broad range of residential property transactions and have plenty of direct contact with clients, so being personable and committed to delivering a good level of service is important.

There is also a real opportunity to become an important part of the practice as it continues to grow, rather than simply being another fee earner within a large team.
