The Role
You will assist with a varied caseload of private client matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trust administration
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
• Preparing applications and supporting fee earners throughout the lifecycle of each matter
• Providing a high standard of client care and administrative support

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Experience of supporting fee earners on wills, probate and estate administration matters
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client care abilities
• A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client law
