An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Paralegal to join a well established and growing dispute resolution team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of contentious matters. This role offers outstanding exposure to high quality work, genuine responsibility from the outset and clear opportunities to progress your legal career.
The successful candidate will support fee earners across a varied caseload of contentious probate, property litigation and commercial litigation matters, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a busy and supportive team.

The Role
You will assist with a wide range of litigation matters including:

• Contentious probate disputes
• Property litigation, including boundary disputes, rights of way and landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial litigation and contract disputes
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
• Assisting with court deadlines, disclosure and case management
• Supporting solicitors throughout the litigation process from instruction through to resolution

What We're Looking For

• Previous litigation paralegal experience, ideally gained within contentious probate, property litigation, commercial litigation or a broad civil litigation team
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication and client care skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your workload
• Ambition to develop your litigation career within a supportive environment
