Join a Supportive Personal Injury Team An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant – Onboarding to join a busy and friendly Personal & Medical Injury team based in Brighton/Hove.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, client-focused and looking to build a career within the legal sector. You will play a key role in managing new client enquiries and providing administrative support to ensure clients receive an exceptional service from the very first point of contact.
The Role As the first point of contact for new enquiries, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting fee earners with a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for new business enquiries.
- Recording and maintaining accurate details of all new enquiries.
- Providing regular updates to partners and fee earners.
- Processing correspondence, documents and case information using the firm's case management system.
- Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries professionally and ensuring messages are passed on promptly.
- Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and managing fee earners' diaries.
- Assisting with management information and marketing documentation relating to new business enquiries.

Additional Information This role involves regular contact with clients, including individuals with disabilities, as well as courts, barristers, medical experts, solicitors and insurers. The ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
