FULLY REMOTE: Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (3–6 PQE) - Up to £70,000
Remote Solicitor Position at Highly-Regarded Somerset-Based firm
A long-established and forward-thinking Somerset law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3-6 years' PQE) to join its growing team in a remote capacity.

The Role:
You will manage a varied and high-quality Private Client caseload, with a strong focus on estate administration (essential recent experience required) alongside broader advisory work.
Typical matters will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning and advice
- Estate administration (including complex and taxable estates)
- Trust creation and lifetime planning
- Court of Protection and deputyship matters
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients
- Cross-border or foreign asset estates (desirable but not essential)

Ideal Pre-Requisites:
You ideally will be:
- A Solicitor (3–6 PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive (essential)
- STEP/TEP qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Experienced in managing your own Private Client caseload
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong technical knowledge of core Private Client areas
- Recent, hands-on estate administration experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
A full driving licence is required, as very occasional travel to offices will be expected.
