QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team based in York.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment. The successful candidate will join a respected team handling a broad range of commercial property matters for an established and diverse client base.

You will manage your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced property lawyers on a wide range of transactions across the commercial property sector.

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Property development transactions
• Commercial refinancing and secured lending matters
• Ongoing portfolio management work
• General commercial property advisory matters

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property work.
