Description
If you're a Personal Injury Solicitor looking for the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to join a firm that continues to go from strength to strength and has built an excellent reputation for both the quality of its work and the supportive culture it offers its people.
This highly respected firm who is synonymous in the PI field is looking to add to its successful Personal Injury team in Edinburgh and is keen to hear from solicitors with around 3 years' PQE who are looking to further develop their litigation and advocacy skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
From day one, you'll enjoy a varied and interesting caseload of pursuer personal injury matters, including road traffic accident, employer's liability and public liability claims. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own files and build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through what can often be a challenging time while ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
The role offers genuine breadth, allowing you to become involved in all aspects of the claims process. Whether you're investigating liability, negotiating settlements, preparing court documents or progressing actions through the Sheriff Court, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your work whilst having the support of a highly experienced team around you. As your experience grows, you'll also have the opportunity to become involved in more complex and higher-value matters, gaining valuable exposure to litigation strategy, advocacy and court appearances.
This is a firm where development is actively encouraged, and where people are given the opportunity to progress their careers whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The team is approachable, supportive and genuinely enjoys working together, making it an excellent environment for someone looking to continue building their career in personal injury litigation.
If you're ambitious, client-focused and looking to join a firm that values its people as much as its clients, I'd be delighted to tell you more.
