An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking professional services organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business operations and technology — translating complex requirements into practical solutions that improve workflows, drive efficiency, and support strategic growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Mapping business processes, user journeys, and solution workflows
• Translating business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
• Supporting end-to-end project delivery including testing, change control, and implementation
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions
• Supporting transformation initiatives and technology-enabled client services
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining clarity and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with business process mapping, wireframing, and requirements tracking
• Knowledge of integrated systems and data flows across complex environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio skills
• Basic SQL and data mapping experience

Desirable Experience:
• Legal or professional services sector experience
• Exposure to APIs, Power BI, QA testing, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience working on data-focused projects

What’s on Offer:
• Hybrid and flexible working
• Competitive annual leave and bonus scheme
• Private medical options and wellbeing support
• Fitness allowance and enhanced family leave
• Professional development and training opportunities
• Additional lifestyle and financial benefits

If you’re passionate about delivering impactful change through technology and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
