My Client is seeking a Solicitor around 3-4 years PQE to join their Contentious Trust department. 
The team advise on disputes affecting large landed estates and domestic trusts as well as deals with challenging multi-jurisdictional trust and estates cases.
The team deals with cases including trustee and executor removal applications, breach of trust claims, trustee blessing applications as well as probate and estate disputes, including claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, capacity issues and will validity issues etc. 
Clients range from trustees to protectors, administrators, beneficiaries, HNW individuals and landed estates.
