Description
For some time now, you’ve found yourself dreaming of a different pace of life.
Somewhere away from the noise and constant busyness. Somewhere you can continue to do excellent work, build meaningful relationships with your clients and genuinely enjoy the life you’re living.
If that sounds familiar, this could be exactly the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
I’m working with a truly fantastic private practice. They are highly respected, very successful and firmly established as the go-to firm in their community. At the heart of their success is a genuine understanding of their clients, the strong and lasting relationships they build and the talented people who choose to work there.
Business is thriving and continues to grow.
They are now looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to their property team. You’ll have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience and, importantly, strong knowledge of Sasine titles. Experience of private client matters would be a significant advantage.
This is a role for someone who places their clients at the centre of everything they do.
You’ll enjoy having the time to focus on each matter properly rather than rushing through an endless stream of transactions. You care about delivering an exceptional service and making a real difference to your clients.
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team where there is genuine scope to grow and develop. In fact, this role forms part of the firm’s succession planning, so there is a very clear and realistic opportunity to progress in the short to medium term.
If you are currently based in the city and considering a move, the firm is committed to making that transition as smooth as possible. Relocation support is available and family-sized accommodation will be provided free of charge for the first six months, giving you the time and space to settle in and find your feet.
The salary is highly competitive and the benefits are particularly impressive. The firm operates a quarterly performance and profit-related bonus scheme which, in recent years, has typically equated to around 25% of an individual’s gross salary. This bonus has been paid consistently over the last three to four years.
And while you may be leaving city life behind, you’ll still be within easy reach whenever you fancy a trip back. Plus, if you do fancy a weekend back in the city, you'll be able to have some hybrid working to help you do that too.
If this opportunity resonates with you, perhaps it’s for a reason.
Your next chapter could be just a phone call away.
